Join Us!

Membership in the Orange Park Woman’s Club brings you everything from new friends to exciting social events and personal development opportunities. Members are dedicated to preserving the values of the community on which the founding members built. We are committed to enhancing our community through our volunteer service.

  • Annual dues are $45, due in May of each year. New members pay a one-time administrative fee of $25 for a name badge and yearbook.

  • We expect members to participate in club activities. We have a lot of activities each month - scroll down to see a general list and then check the events calendar for upcoming activities. Volunteer on a committee, help plan events, lead an activitiy, participate in club, district, or state meetings; there are so many ways to participate. Choose one or more - give when you can, with what you can - we will be happy to see you either way!

  • We accept new members every month at our Board of Directors meeting. Please scroll down to fill out the Membership Interest Form and we will get in touch. Meanwhile, join us for one of our upcoming activities so we can get to know you and you can get to know the OPWC!

Our Membership Activities:

Monthly Membership Meetings - September - May

Join us on the first Thursday of each month at 9:30 am as we receive updates from Board and Committee members. Special programs are presented each month. Guests are welcome!

We now offer an evening Meet-Up, called Divas at Dinner, for our members who cannot attend the daytime meeting, every month at 5:30-7:00 pm. Please check our events calendar for the next meeting date and place.

The Little Women of Orange Park

This is a GFWC Juniorettes program for young ladies, ages 12-18, to socialize, plan, and participate in community service projects. Learn leadership, have some fun, and earn community service hours. A few of our Woman’s Club members act as Advisors for the Little Women’s club.

Cherokee Rose Book Club

Reading and sharing happens every month on the second Monday at 2:00 pm in Miss Lucy’s Parlor.

District and State Meetings

Members of OPWC are members of the GFWC Florida and GFWC international organizations. The General Federation of Women’s Clubs hold District, State, Regional, and National meetings throughout each year. District meetings take place at a different club each month.

Board Meetings

The Board meets on the third Thursday of each month to share officer and committee reports, and to make decisions for the business of the club.

Annual Arts & Crafts Contest

Our members compete every spring, for items created during the previous calendar year. Members have the opportunity to earn awards at club, district, state, regional, and national levels.

Community Service Programs

A variety of community service activities take place throughout the year. Museum trips, Environmental workshops, Adopt a School, Collecting items for those in need, creating awareness, advocacy, and much more. Each CSP works on charitable projects throughout the year - Check the events calendar for upcoming activities.

Fundraising Events

Rummage sale, Annual Gala, Theatre night, and more! Event planning takes place monthly for all of our charitable activities. Check the calendar for upcoming events and planning meetings.
