Members, please attend this meeting if you have any questions about the newly proposed bylaws revision. An email was sent on March 17th to all members with a link to the proposed bylaws document. Please use this link to access the document. We have included other documents for reference (A Glossary, Role Summaries, Policies, and the Articles of Incorporation). Please note that Members will only be voting on the bylaws. The other documents are approved by the Board of Directors.

Two open Q&A sessions will be held at the clubhouse March 30th, at 10:00 am and 5:30 pm.

Voting will take place on March 31st at 5:30 pm.
